Continuing on the success of our first Diwali Mela organized last year, AILIV is hosting its second Indian Mela on Sunday, September 26, 2010. Here are the details:
Venue: West Essex YMCA grounds, 321 S. Livingston Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039
Time: 11 am to 5 pm
All the elements of Indian culture will be at display at this Mela. Here are some of the things you can expect to see:
Indian cultural shows including Classical Indian Dances, Bollywood Dances, Semi Classical Indian Music, Bollywood Music, Bhangra dance and workshop
Indian food - both South and North Indian cuisines
Henna and jewelry stalls
Indian Handicrafts
Indian garments
Free Dental and Medical stalls
Free Arts & Crafts activities for children
Other usual Fair entertainment items
