On this page, you will find all the necessary forms that allow you to participate in different AILIV/ Sanskriti activities.

  • Membership forms: Membership to AILIV, though not mandatory,  allows you to obtain discounted pricing to many of our ticketed events. Please go to the membership section to learn more about it. Please click here to download a form.
  • Summer camp for children: This Indian Cultural Summer Camp is a joint venture between AILIV and West Essex YMCA.  The camp runs from August 15 to August 26 and will primarily be run with the assistance of volunteers. Please click on the links below to download the two necessary forms to register. June 1st is the deadline to register for this camp.

Dates: August 15 - August 26, 2011 (Monday through Friday).  

Camp Hours: Full Day Session: 9am - 4pm.  Afternoon Session: 1-4pm.

Venue: Weekday Nursery Child Care Center, 294 West Hobart Gap Rd, Livingston, NJ 07039.

Fees:

  1. $250 per child per week with a 5% discount for additional siblings ($300 per week for non-members).
  2. Early drop off (starting at 7:30 am) and late pick up (until 6 pm) available for an additional $50 per week/child.
  3. Registration Deadline: June 1, 2011.
  • Sanskriti School: Sanskriti is offering Indian cultural education classes to children ages 5 to 18 during the academic year 2011-2012.
